Our new Mountain Movers Program provides support and accountability to industry leaders who are moving mountains in business but are missing a solid exercise and recovery routine. This program provides regular weekly structure over a year’s time to develop the habit of exercise. They first work with their coach to find the perfect routine for their uniquely demanding schedule, and are then led through the routine for a year to make it automatic. The result? They finally lock in the workout routine they have been putting off starting without having to develop it on their own.
This long-term approach to building a fitness routine will have the client hardly noticing the changes they are making to their habits, until they suddenly wake up months into their program realizing they are not the same person who first signed up. They are now fit and have confidence they can stick with it. Others notice too, and business only gets better with the improvement.
Coach Kelsie Wehren has been working with business leaders since 2008 when she first became a Certified Personal Trainer, and absolutely loves the drive, determination and dedication they have in their own fields of passion.
In 2013, she launched her own personal training company, Trunk Trainers, where she has been put through the paces of business herself, navigating a recession, pandemic and the normal roller coaster life that is part of being a small business owner and entrepreneur, having employees and a family to be responsible for.
She has mastered the steps to keep health on the forefront, while not sacrificing business or family. As a guide on your own fitness journey, she’ll help you get to your destination as painlessly as possible, and you may even have a little bit of fun along the way.
At Trunk Trainers, we always start with the deep core foundation, ironing out any body quirks, then move on to optimizing a regular safe and effective program, which eventually becoming automatic so you can do it on your own, no sweat.

My adult life I've always high cholesterol and for first time ever, after about 18 months working with Kelsie, my labs are normal with diet and regular exercise. She understands that even with a routine schedule, things change and is very flexible adjusting day or time. Sometimes taking out her personal time to do a workout while she is on the beach or other family outing.
